The Ocean Drive scented candle is decorated with a screen-printed graphic pattern inspired by artist Peter Halley’s work. The candle's design is an abstract interpretation of the neon colors of Ocean Drive's windows.
Tangerine - Yuzu - Cedar The candle’s design is an abstract interpretation of the neon colors of Ocean Drive’s windows, as its perfume with notes of mandarin and cedar will take you to the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
Always burn your candle until the whole surface becomes liquid. This step may take a long time, especially during the first burning. When the entire top of the wax is liquid, do not burn it longer than one hour. The top layer of liquid wax should never exceed one centimetre in height. Never burn your candle more than the maximum burning time indicated in the candle’s instructions. Never burn it down totally and systematically leave one centimetre at the bottom.

1.1. ORDER HANDLING
All orders are processed and dispatched from our store or head office in Queenstown. Our team will do their best to ensure a swift order handling, which usually means within 1-3 weekdays, Sale stock is kept off site and may take up to 5 working days to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a final order confirmation.
Please bear in mind that order handling might be delayed during peak periods, e.g. around collection launches and Sale season.
1.2. DELIVERY TIME
New Zealand: 1-3 working days | Tracked
Australia: 5-10 working days | Tracked DHL
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days | Tracked DHL
The courier company will endeavour to deliver items (correctly addressed) within the delivery target for the “said” service. However, we do not guarantee delivery of your item within these delivery targets. Please make sure parcels are left in a secure place if being left on a leave authority or we recommend delivering to a work address to ensure safe arrival.

1.4. TRACK AND TRACE
All our shipments are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. On rare occasions, the tracking number does not come through and in these cases feel free to contact our customer service for information about the package.
1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All full priced goods ordered through our online store can be returned for a refund less the shipping costs (NZD $8.00 on New Zealand orders) within 14 days of receipt of goods. While the returned package is in transit it is under the customer's responsibility. Therefore we always advise using a courier with a traceable service. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. If you live nearby you are also welcome to return your order to the staff in our stores.
To return your order email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for return. You will then receive an email with return instructions from one of the team. We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Product(s) must be returned in unused condition including original and intact labels, hang tags and packaging.
Sale items can not be returned or refunded. These items are for final sale. This does include sale promotions with automatic discounts. Please choose wisely and do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance regarding sizing and fit. Contact us via email at email@example.com.
Any items that arrive to us outside of our policy guidelines will be be returned to you.
Once we receive your return your refund will automatically be processed and the money will be transferred back to the card (and linked account) that made the purchase. Normally it takes a few working days for the refund to go through, however, for international credit cards, this process can be prolonged. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service to get an update on your return/refund.
We exchange goods bought online within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges, which depends on our stock availability. The returning shipping costs are at your own expense, however, we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged product(s) if the order is within New Zealand.

How do I check my rewards points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking the 'Rewards' tab on our website. Or just ask our sales team to check for you.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. If you are shopping in-store we will apply your reward at the counter. If you think you might have a reward waiting please just ask the team and we can check and apply to your purchase.
