1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1.1 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched from our Queenstown and Arrowtown New Zealand locations and a select amount of stock is available to be shipped directly from Bowral, NSW, Australia.
Please note: We are currently shipping from all of our boutiques. We always aim to dispatch your order from the closest location, however some items may ship between Australia and New Zealand, which can extend delivery times or split orders with different arrival times. If you have any questions about shipping cut-off dates, please reach out via chat, email or phone.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Sale items may take up to 5 business days due to off-site storage.
Please note: Dispatch may be delayed during peak periods (e.g. sales, holiday season).
1.2 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
New Zealand: 1–3 business days (tracked)
Australia: 5–10 business days (tracked via DHL or similar)
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (tracked via DHL or similar)

2. TAXES & DUTIES
2.1 NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
All prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax). No additional duties or taxes apply to orders delivered within New Zealand.
2.2 AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped to Australia and other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and an accurate product description on all customs documentation. We cannot alter the value or mark items as "gifts" unless that is the true nature of the transaction.
Australian customers:
To avoid international duties and customs charges, we recommend ordering from available stock at our Bowral, NSW location. Orders shipped from Bowral are considered domestic Australian deliveries and will not incur international customs fees.

If you refuse delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the shipment may be returned to us. Any associated costs, including return shipping, duties, or processing fees, will be deducted from your refund once the item is received back.
1. ONLINE RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
1.1 RETURNS (NZ & AU CUSTOMERS)
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund (less shipping & a 2% restocking fee) within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be in original condition - unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box with unmarked soles.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Use a trackable courier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Sale items (including promotional discounts) are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

with your order number and reason for return.
1.2 REFUNDS
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
International refunds may take longer depending on your bank or card issuer.
1.3 EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on full-priced items only, within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to size swaps, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We cover outbound shipping for exchanged items within New Zealand.
1.4 WARRANTY CLAIMS
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at hello@angeldivine.co.nz with your order number, photos, and description. Claims must be made within 7 days of noticing the issue.
If the item is deemed faulty, we may first offer a repair, then a replacement, or if unavailable, a refund.
1.5 IN-STORE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY
Please choose thoughtfully in-store, as refunds for change of mind are not offered. Exchanges or store credit are available within 3 days, with proof of purchase. Faulty items will be accepted under warranty.
